Product Information

All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only. As bamboo is a natural material, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur. Such natural variations shall not be considered defects.

Pricing & Quotations

Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, customization requirements, order quantity, and shipping destination. Final pricing is confirmed only after mutual agreement and written confirmation.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only after approval of specifications, samples (if applicable), pricing, and payment terms.
Payment terms are agreed upon mutually and must be honored as per the issued invoice.
Delays in payment may result in shipment delays or temporary suspension of orders.

Intellectual Property

All designs, content, product concepts, images, and branding created or supplied by Solution X remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of jurisdiction shall be applicable as per the company’s registered office.
