Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official email.
Orders can be canceled only before production or customization begins.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Once production, customization, processing, or export documentation has started, the order becomes non-cancellable due to incurred costs and resource allocation.

Cost Deductions

If cancellation is approved, expenses already incurred for raw materials, labor, sampling, or processing will be deducted. Any refundable amount will be settled accordingly.

Force Majeure

Orders affected by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure situations will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution.
